Why is the price different in my country?
Because $20 in Mumbai is not $20 in Manhattan. We price fairly based on local purchasing power and your Play Store country. You always see the right price at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Settings → Subscription, or directly in Google Play. No call, no email, no retention dance.
What about refunds?
Google Play's refund window applies (48 hours). For longer issues, write to support@opergen.com and we'll figure it out.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrading is instant. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you have a team or enterprise plan?
